After signing in to the website, make sure that your role is set to an author. In this step, a menu should be visible on the left-side menus of website named: Start a New Submission. After clicking this menu, you will face a new submission start page entitled "Agreement" to start the submission.
If you had a previously half-submitted manuscript, you can access to it via the List of Manuscripts menu.
